Programme Features
The MA in Management is primarily suited to individuals who wish to become professional managers. The programme provides students with a strong academic and vocational background, whilst developing the knowledge and skills expected of a practicing manager. The programme offers a broad grounding in the major disciplines of management and you will be expected to demonstrate the ability to apply the theoretical and conceptual to a number of “real life” organisations via case studies in a critical fashion. When you reach the dissertation stage of the programme, you will have the opportunity to develop an in-depth, extended submission examining an area of management, focused upon a strategic issue or problem.
Based on daytime attendance of three intensive days per week, the duration of this programme is 12 months, although students may complete it over 15 months.
