Virgin Atlantic Ticketing Level 1
This Level 1 course provides the basic skills required for employment in the fares and ticketing sectors of the air travel industry. Anybody with a reasonable standard of secondary education is eligible for admission, subject to satisfactory interview.

Course Duration
Full time Level 1 requires 60 hours of Guided Learning Hours. This is spread over two weeks Monday – Friday at 6 hours per day.
Part time Level 1 requires 60 Guided Learning Hours. This is completed in 10 meetings at 6 hours per meeting. The meetings are twice a month on alternate Saturdays from 9.30 am – 4.30pm with an hour for Lunch.
Directed Study is where the student works from home studying from the provided Materials. The student is allowed up to 8 email contacts with a qualified member of our faculty when they feel they need assistance on a study issue.
On the day of the Exam the students will be given a 2-hour review before sitting the exam in the afternoon.
